Kirk & Shelley KAUFFELDT Home District: Western Ontario

	Kirk and Shelley with children Devon and Kaitlyn	The Kauffeldts are based at Pan Africa Christian University (PAC University) where Kirk is the Vice Chancellor. He also serves as the General Secretary for Theological Education and Leadership Training Advisory Council (TELTAC), a body that serves all of the PAOC sponsored schools in Africa. Shelley is the ChildCARE Plus Coordinator for Kenya. Her particular ministry is a feeding program for 600 children at the Ngei Primary School in the Mathare Valley Nairobi slum and Kariobangi Primary School. Shelley is also the coordinator for campus housing and rentals for PAC. She also serves on various committees for both PAC and PAOC.. Ministry Goals for 2006/2007 Institutional growth at the university (new programs, facility upgrades, increased enrolment). Launch the Institute for Christian Leadership, and a campus missions program. TELTAC faculty development. 20% increase in Kenya CCP individual sponsorship and increased capacity for new feeding programs in the slums. Support abandoned baby orphanage. Support a home for street children and increased involvement in aid to widows and orphans
	Prayer Focus:
	Pray for safety and security as the Kauffeldts minister in Nairobi which is considered a very insecure location. Pray for the students at PACC that they will be well equipped for their ministry. Pray also for the children sponsored through CCP that they will serve as a light for Christ and that the Lord will raise disciples through the ministry of ChildCARE Plus and the feeding programs. Pray for financial and personal resources to accomplish the vision.
